About Hussana

Introducing Hussana the new brand behind the new Halal body care range.

Hussana is a new UK based company working under its parent company Dukkaan Ltd. The concept behind the Hussana brand was first started in early 2008. After researching the market we found very few if any products that were Halal certified in the body care and beauty market. The products that were available were mainly cheap imports from the Middle East, with very poor packaging and available only in local Islamic shops.

The aim of Hussana is to introduce a Halal alternative to the current high street products. Many of which contain alcohol and other Haram ingredients from different animal parts. All of Hussana’s range contain no alcohol or animal products. The launch range consists of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Moisturiser, Cleanser, Face scrub, Lip balm, Baby shampoo, Baby lotion, Baby oil and Baby bath. The range is suitable for both male and female use.

Launching this new range in the UK will finally help fill the gap for Halal certified products in the skincare and beauty market. It will come as a welcome relief for the two and a half million Muslims living in the UK.

The ethos of Hussana is not only to provide a Halal alternative in the UK but also help the community in a socio-economic way. One of Hussana’s promises is to donate a percentage of its profits back into the community by means of sponsoring local community projects. Also by adopting a marketing/sales strategy similar to the AVON model, whereby anyone working from home can become a Hussana sales agent and earn a commission for their work.

We are currently working on a Hajj travel pack range and a black seed range. With the launch of Hussana we hope to introduce more exciting products into our range with future plans to also enter into the beauty market with Halal make up and Halal cosmetics.
